Terms and Conditions for Pamtech Autoland

1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Pamtech Autoland Auto Repair Service Center (“Pamtech Autoland”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Service Authorization
You hereby authorize Pamtech Autoland to perform necessary diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and any other work required on your vehicle. You also agree that any additional work required beyond the initial request may be performed without further authorization, up to an agreed-upon cost limit specified by you in writing.

3. Estimates and Quotes
Pamtech Autoland will provide you with an estimate of the cost of services and any necessary parts, as well as the anticipated completion time. This estimate is for informational purposes only and may not be the final cost. Additional charges may apply if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.

4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as agreed upon by both parties. Pamtech Autoland reserves the right to charge a storage fee for vehicles left on the premises after the agreed-upon completion time.

5. Parts and Materials
Pamtech Autoland may use new, used, or reconditioned parts, depending on the agreed-upon service and availability. We will inform you of the parts used and their warranty, if any.

6. Warranty
Pamtech Autoland provides a limited warranty on services and parts for a specific period, as specified on your invoice. This warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials, and you must promptly report any issues covered by the warranty.

7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle’s condition and history. You are also responsible for removing any personal belongings from the vehicle before service and for promptly picking up your vehicle upon completion.

8. Delays
Pamtech Autoland will make every effort to complete services within the estimated time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays and provide updated completion estimates.

9. Safety and Liability
Pamtech Autoland will exercise due care and diligence in servicing your vehicle. However, we are not liable for accidents, theft, or damages to your vehicle or its contents while it is on our premises. We recommend removing valuable items from your vehicle.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims related to our services should be brought to our attention within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues.

11. Cancellation
You may cancel services without penalty before work begins, as long as you provide written notice. If work has already started, you will be responsible for the cost of any services performed up to that point.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal actions related to these terms shall be brought in the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
